can we change shipping rates for off shore and ireland!?
We have phoned multiple times but having no luck with any answers , our account will only let us set 1 shipping charge for all areas wether it be Uk , Northern Ireland, Shetland island , Isle of Man etc. Our courier obviously charges a lot more for any islands or anywhere not on the mainland UK as it has to go on a boat and our items are heavy and large to send. There surely has to be a way to block certain postcodes from buying e.g BT or setting a different shipping rate for these areas ?

If you are on the professional selling plan (pay £25+VAT per month fee) then you can change your shipping rates, if not you cannot as Amazon set those.
If the former, go to Shipping Settings.
On the Shipping templates tab, click Edit.
Scroll to the right and change the shipping fee for each group.
Click save.
You cannot block individual postcodes though.
