I am adding the same product that I have been approved and sold before. Why Amazon requires approval again?

I am adding the same product that I have been approved and sold before a bunch of times. My product is made in US. It is the same brand as I used to buy and sell from. But when I started to add the product I noticed I need an approval for it. ??? And then I figured out that my product goes with different brand name now with the same ASIN. The brand's name is Birsppy. How can it be Birsppy if I bought a product from the same american brand that I used to buy and sell? How comes it is the same ASIN. My product has 2 variations. One variation goes with the brand I used to buy and sell and I can sell it now without approval, the other variation that I am adding now goes with a different brand now and for some reason I need an approval now to sell it. I figured out that Birsppy is Chinese company. Why I suppose to get an approval from chinese company I have never dealt with? I bought the product that is made in US from american company that I used to buy and sell on Amazon. Is anyone can explaine me this phenomenom and what should I do now ?

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Seller_DlDhh0NxsUM1m,

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that the brand has changed on an ASIN you use to sell on. Do you have a case with Seller Support on this that I can take a look at? If not, please start here and provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.

Thanks,

Michelle
