URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE - 100 orders placed a few hours ago with combined 99% discount!!!

I am desperately trying to get 100 FBA orders cancelled urgently as they were ordered using a combined promo code and coupon totalling 99% discount, meaning a huge loss to my tiny biz.

This happened after I had just set up the clickable coupon, and was about to cancel the promo code.

Unfortunately the coupon must have become active right away leaving enough time for this to happen. The promo code budget of $2K was wiped out.

Seller support have been unable to help, apart from confirming that coupon was used.

Orders are still pending so I am hoping they can still be cancelled despite been FBA orders. Amazon is just unwilling to help.

Any help or advice from someone who has dealt with this before is welcome.

This one is on you, starting one before ending the other. Amazon will ship the items, there is not one thing you can do about it.

Please note that if you sell your inventory on Amazon using Fulfillment by Amazon, Amazon manages your orders for you. You can read more about managing FBA orders right here. Additionally, I'd also recommend reading through this help page for more information on pending orders.
