deactivate my account due to authenticity

Hi everyone my account was deactivated 13 august 2023 now its more then 1 year but still my account is deactivated . many times send appeal and documents but no response i just receive robots auto reply . i am unable to understand i have not receive an single order of that specific item on which basis my account is deactivate , how can someone claim about authenticity without palcing order and how can amazon deactivate seller account without knowing that seller not receive an order of that specific product . i have prove i have not receive any single order of that item on which basis amazon deactivate my account . before deactivate my account i already start PL my own brand and next i will do PL as already i have started before deactivated my account . i have lost my investment because of amazon . is there anyone who help me to get back my seller account .

There doesn't have to be an order. Just the fact you listed it would be enough. Post your original deactivation notice.

If you do not have invoices (not receipts), then you will not be able to reactivate the account.

If you cannot prove the authenticity of the item at issue, then no; no one can help you get back your account. Amazon has been quite clear that the ONLY way to resolve any sort of IP complaint is to provide the required documentation, including fully supply chain evidence, and often a LoA from the brand stating you are authorized to sell their products on Amazon.

Since you got the complaint without a test buy, chances are that the brand filed the complaint against you, as they never authorized you to sell their brand.

Your only path forward is to start over on a different platform. Your days on Amazon are over.
