A to Z guarantee but parcel delivered.

I had a A to Z guarantee granted as buyer said they never received the parcel with no contact from buyer before this just an email saying there was an A to Z guarantee claim them approved.

I have my Amazon linked to my Royal Mail OBA click and drop and sent via 1st Large Letter within timeframe (as I believe per policy) and is marked as delivered with GPS marker. I sent an appeal what was rejected and the buyer gets the item and a refund with me having to pay out of pocket as was a few months ago and can’t claim for non deliver of marked as delivered.

is there anyway to appeal this decision as it’s threatening my account health and don’t see much point of doing business on Amazon if they let this to happen

You can always appeal them, just make sure what you put is factual so reasons for it to be reversed:

1) customer hasnt contacted you

2) tracking confirms delivered

also, did you buy via Amazon or via RM, if its Amazon include that too

100% policy that for 'Item has not been received by customer' A-Z Claims they should contact you first via Buyer Seller Messages.

However, when it comes to proving delivery, no one really knows what amazon need. It appears that the minimum is they expect a customer signature (at least that is how amazon are interpreting their policy). Unforutnately, if you only have a large letter 1st class delivery scan, that won't be enough to prove delivery in amazons eyes.

I have one where the customer stated that she had now received the item. she wanted to pay me directly and I told her that it should go through Amazon . These messages were then were sent to Amazon for the appeal BUT Amazon declined the appeal and found against me. Unbelievable !!!!!!

They discourage people from doing business, people invest. Unfortunately, people are helpless because of these desk-working amateurs, there is no such thing as amazon policy, because it doesn't work, no matter how right you are, there is no answer, there is no one you can get an answer from, there is no communication, you just talk to yourself and you are put under pressure, you lose, the explanation for this is, Why are there no sales for these 2 months because of this nonsense, because ORder defect rate, sometimes I really think that I need to go to the amazon office, because there are so many unnecessary people working at amazon, if I don't have the products, I will leave them. Really the Amazon is like a swamp

Complete waste of time appealing to an A to Z Guarantee claim, we've had them, have provided picture evidence of buyer accepting the parcel outside their property, I don't even believe these claims are investigated by Amazon. If they are it's by people in different countries who don't fully understand how the delivery process in the UK works.

The frustrating thing is that more and more buyers know they're likely to win an A to Z claim, which leads to many more false claim and it's the seller that's out of pocket again!

"Not enough evidence" seems to be common get out ploy. It's the same with A-Z claims my understanding is that you can win if it's fully tracked but I might be wrong.

I use RM click & drop & had an A-Z opened on 26/9 at 1423 & found in buyers favour also at 1423 to the same second (clearly decided instantly by a bot) Yet I have proof that the item was delivered 26/9 at 1416 exactly five minutes prior to the A-Z claim.

Yet again found in buyers favour "not enough evidence. I had a date, a time & a GPS pin drop from Royal Mail, exactly what constitutes enough evidence? a photo of the buyer with the item in their hands!

Personally I would forget it, a lot of people will leave Amazon in Jan 24 due to DD+7 if you don't know what that is I suggest you read up on it on the forums.
