Vine - No eligible offers - 400

Hello all,

I wonder why I am unable to enroll my new product to Vine, the error says "No eligible offers - 400". I wonder is it because is a new product and is still receiving the units so I am unable to enroll at this time?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist with your Vine offer eligibility question.

After looking at your catalog, I think I know which ASIN(s) to which you would like to enroll in Vine as they are the newest and have 0 reviews. Currently, they are both Search Suppressed and you can see the reason why in the Fix Your Products Dashboard (just click on "Search Suppressed," in the status column from the Manage Inventory Dashboard. The 3rd bullet from the Vine errors help page discusses needing a compliant image.
