Test Buy confirmed incorrect product. Amazon says there is no violation. What am I doing wrong?

I would love some guidance here from you.
A manufacturer made an exclusive product for us. We listed it and, sure enough, some other sellers showed up on the listing later on. We politely asked them to confirm specifications before we place test buys with them. All of them apologized and retreated, but one told us they will ship the correct product (which we knew would not be possible).
We made the test buy and sure enough, the product was different. We reported the violation to Amazon and almost immediately received a reply:
"Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported ASIN_HERE for the violation type selected."
The reply came so quickly, it is obvious that it was automated.

@Glenn_Amazon, could you please look into this? It doesn't even look that your AI system even understood the issue, even though the report was clear and precise. We have all the photos from the test buy, if needed. I'm just trying to figure out why the violation report did not work, as intended, even though the type of violation is so simple.
