Hello. Please help me solve the problem with account verification. I provide a credit card statement in English as well as a document from the bank that confirms that the credit card is active. But I provide the utility bill in Ukrainian and Amazon does not accept it … But I live in Ukraine and I do not have the opportunity to provide in English. How to solve this problem? And in general, I want to delete my account that I can’t verify along with all my data. Why can’t I delete it??

I believe it states that the utility bill has to be uploaded in one of the accepted languages or notarized

It is not possible to delete / close a suspended account. The account has to be verified for Amazon to be able to close it.

There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement is one among them.
As stated above that you have submitted the document in “Ukranian” language, but the supported languages include Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If the documents are not in one of the supported languages, you must submit a notarized translation into one of the supported languages along with the original document.
Ensure that the name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
NOTE: The documents must be legible, authentic, and unaltered and contain the required information and the files should be submitted in .pdf, .png, or .gif format.
I regret informing you that if an account is in an inactive status(de-activated) it cannot be closed/ deleted.
