The buyer left negative feedback "double charged"
The buyer left us negative feedback on the order #114-1450445-0146646 as the buyer said that she was double charged but she could talk to nobody, however, we contacted the buyer serval times but the buyer never replied to us. We also checked the buyer's order again and again, and we promise that we only charge once. we're very confused but have no ideas to help the buyer since the buyer refuses to reply to us, so we couldn't figure out what type of second charge the buyer talked about and how much the buyer was charged. However, Amazon insisted on indicating that this feedback isn't in violation of their guidelines and has been retained. please help! what other ways can I solve this issue?@Veronica_Amazon
