I have a batch of goods that arrived at the Amazon warehouse a long time ago, but they are not available on the shelves yet.

It was delivered at the Amazon warehouse on May 2, 2024, but it has not been put on the shelves until now, and the status has not been updated.

The later shipments have also been put on the shelves one after another, and only this batch of goods is in the shipped status.

I asked Amazon customer service and they told me to wait.

How long do I need to wait? Is there no one who can solve this problem?

At the beginning, they said we have to wait until May 18th, then they said we have to wait until June 18th, today they said we have to wait until July 13th, and in another month they might say we have to wait until August, September, October, is there an end???

Same issue here. My package arrived and has been in receving status since May 14th. I created support case but they keep asking me to wait and the promised time keep on delaying, wait until June and now wait until July. Amazon support won't help, it's like I'm talking to bots because it's the same reply everytime. I sent another package after that the shipment received and fisnished already but this one is still not. Very hopeless with Amazon services.
