SFP Trial Blunder
I am (for the second time,) attempting the SFP trial. I didn’t realise that by default the Prime shipping template includes other countries and I have just received an order for Ireland. There are no shipping options via “buy shipping” so I have no idea how to fulfill it - I only have an account with Royal Mail and I don’t think their international services have recovered yet.
What are my options if any? It has to be there by Saturday - Tuesday.

You cannot use Buy Shipping for overseas orders, only UK. You need to purchase your postage from elsewhere.

Are you sure you are looking at the Buy Shipping metric for SFP and not one of the others (OTD, VTR, etc)
Can you upload a screenshot of the page?
SFP Buy Shipping metric is only for domestic orders and not international. As you cannot buy international shipping labels on Amazon they should not be counting international orders in the metric.
If you do have 1 order counted against you are you also 100% sure that is was not a domestic order that you failed to use Buy Shipping for.? You can download a Defects Report and it should confirm on what order the problem occurred.

Im a little confused now.
Earlier you said the order to Ireland was posted in February - but that graph shows a Buy Shipping failure yesterday 7th March - not in February
You can change the date range of the report at the top of the screen. Change that to last 30 days and then look at the graph

Theres other issues with Ireland sharing policies with the UK. Prime Shipping being an issue and VAT differentials and also a return address. Im wondering - has anyone found a way to make prices different in Ireland or to have Amazon dynamically add the VAT to a net price rather than it being inclusive

I recall my sfp am stating that buy shipping wasn’t a requirement for the trial and this from the help page corroborates that
Seller Fulfilled Prime Trial
Once you have been invited for a trial, you must demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements of the programme. During this trial period, you will have to fulfil orders on Seller Fulfilled Prime ASINs according to programme requirements.
You will have to process at least 25 prime orders, with a less than 0.5% order-cancellation rate and 99% on-time shipment rate. This requirement is subject to change at Amazon’s discretion.
Note: In exceptional cases (while onboarding with approved carrier is not completed or if shipping labels are temporarily unavailable via Buy Shipping) you may purchase delivery labels directly from Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UK Mail, Parcelforce or Yodel provided that you confirm dispatch and provide order tracking ID in Seller Central

Ive done a couple recently and it worked. At first they tried to fob me off but then passed it to the right team.
