Our keychain, ASIN B0CS8DDBGT, was switched from apparel to luggage fee category, increasing the fee 10% higher. A keychain can be clipped onto many other things, and we mention a few in the listing, but this doesn't mean our product is luggage or a backpack. It's our understanding that referral fees are supposed to be based on the item we sell, not a single use possibility (i.e., if I can clip it to my dogs collar, that doesn't make it pet supplies).

Based on the category, competitors, and another metal keychain we sell, fees are listed as 5% for keychains, which fall under clothing and accessories. We opened case ID 14718955881 on 2/2/24. After 7 days of going back and forth with support and no resolution, they said "I am sorry but due to confidentiality I unable to reveal the reason behind it", and "we have done everything within our power to address your issue".

Will a moderator please provide a resolution by correcting the fee category for keychains or provide an explanation for the fee category change. We would greatly appreciate help with this. Thank you!
