Amazon customer service does not provide proper service! Amazon does not deposit the money it said it would deposit!

I received an A to Z request for my order numbered 206-9878254-6145925 and on 14.08.2024, Amazon found me wrong without waiting for my proof and refunded the money to the customer. (They do this every time.) Later, the customer withdrew the request. They said that there was no need for a refund or complaint anymore. I received an e-mail from Amazon. The A to Z request was closed. You will not be penalized and your money of 55.69 pounds will appear in your account within 72 hours. However, 2 weeks have passed, I have not received any money, I have contacted support many times. I spoke to live chat, I opened a support request. They deceived me every time by saying they would get back to me and delayed it. They never deposit my money and continue to stall me. This is the biggest deception I have ever seen in my life. They keep doing this. The A to Z request system does not work properly, no matter what evidence you provide, you can never be proven right. They do not give the money they say they will give, and the help services ignore you instead of helping you. I am currently a victim. Forget about anyone who can help me, I do not even have someone I can communicate with properly.
