Brand registry deemed ineligible due to abusive conduct - No reason why?

I have repeatedly had my brand registry applications declined and deemed ineligible due to abusive conduct. I have read all the reasons which may cause this and I am guilty of none of them. No one will respond to my case logs and one appeal went months being ignored before being rejected. I am currently selling on Amazon UK and my account is in good health so I have no idea why this is happening. I contact seller support and they say they don't deal with brand registry, I contact brand registry and they say to use the case log, I use the case log and it is ignored. Can anyone help?

How sure are you? Because it can even include stuff like asking a buyer to update or remove a review after an issue has been resolved.

This happened to me, in fact if I try to add a brand today it would probably have the same thing happen even now. I have to ask them to 'deep investigate' my account each time and fight it out for a long time.

Eventually though you do get the response that they have found the account is not abusive. I have no idea why this happens, not to this day, but it still does, for no reason.

All my accounts have always been in good standing, never had abusive conduct, and eventually Amazon also confirms this, however at first they will keep shutting you down without reason like you have done something serious. It really is unfair, but thats how it works when the bots are in control *shrug*
