CHINESE HIJACKER WITH 3 SELLER ACCOUNTS RUNNING FREE HERE
We all face this problem regarding Chinese hijackers taking advantage of our good listings reviews. This time, they are getting insider protection and completely shielded from any violation. As usual. Seller Support is oblivious to this fact , so is Report A Violation Tool (no violation occurred reply within seconds from reporting) . Here are a few examples of these crooks invading our marketplace:

Not all of us have this problem.
How do you know Amazon insiders are helping the hijackers?
Is there any other explanation ... such as Amazon's notoriously bad seller tech or broken automated support? Those two issues cause lots of grief for everyone on this forum.

Last month I also faced this issue, If you have trademark it's your Listing or otherwise its Amazon Listing, As Per amazon Policy Chinese seller did not break any rules, He have the full rights to sell if the item does not have trademark
Also Amazon only allows one company to create one seller account, Chinese people follows the rule, But they have multiple companies, so they have multiple seller account
So amazon does not take any action because there is no Violation

If your looking for Amazon support, youll never get it. SUpport has gone down the drain. I honestly wish you the best of luck getting anywhere with them. Its a disgraceful terrible shame what amazon is harboring. Jeff would of never let it get to where it is today, but i guess with 100b in your bank you really dont care anymore.

We have been reporting Chinese sellers both with multiple accounts , they high jacked several thousands of reviews of other asins and linked to their newly launched product.
In my category this is about $400,000 revenue per months and hurting US sellers.
I have opened over 20 cases in the past seven days and as soon as amazon removes their variations, they put it back.
the best sellers in our category all have started with the same scam and now their monthly revenue is over $500000.
Do Amazon seller supports understand this?!!! I dont think so. Because they do not have a seller account to understand the magnitude of this scams.

These Chinese hijackers messed up my listings and beware this problems. We spent so many times to correct and money involved. Is there any protection and prevention method? Amazon should correct immediately. In a long run, it is good for Amzon.

Do you have copyright, trademark or some sort of intellectual property rights to the products in question ? If yes, then you can seek legal help outside the Amazon seller support sphere. A simple attorneys letter would tend to shake things up a tad. If you do not hold any intellectual property rights or exclusive distributorship rights to these products ... oh well ciest la vie ...
