Order Delivery using services other than offered by Amazon
Hi,
Amazon offer EVRI and Royal Mail. Royal Mail is currently expensive for me and EVRI has issues in order placements and smooth execution. Can I use any other shipping service independently like FEDEx, DHL which are not listed by Amazon in the Buy Shipping options by Amazon. If so, how to do it?

You can send via any courier you wish, you will then need to go to confirm shipment on the order and enter the courier, service and tracking details. However, you will not be covered by the defect protection should parcels not be delivered.
If you are wanting to add a courier to buy shipping, you will need to link the courier account. I'm not sure how you go about this though.

You don't have to use Buy Shipping. If you click on 'Confirm Shipment' next to an order you'll see a long list of couriers you can use.
Even if you do use buy shipping, you could look at getting a Royal Mail business account and then integrate this to get your own rates. Though all this will depend on volume and what you are sending.

I use Royal Mail Click and collect with free home delivery at the moment. Have use it for 9 months now. NOT a single lost item (fingers crossed). In addition I use parcel2go they have a help line for VIP customer mon to fri which is easy to get hold off and deal with any delays in delivery
