I have an urgent situation regarding a pricing error caused by Build International Listings (BIL) and a currency mix-up. Within minutes, all y inventory was sold at an extremely low price. I noticed the issue and immediately contacted Amazon Seller Support just a few minutes after it happened.
It has now been over 24 hours, and I still have no update from Amazon. In the meantime, orders continue to be fulfilled, and I have requested a one-time exception to cancel these FBA orders, given the exceptional nature of this situation.
As time goes by, payments from buyers are getting confirmed, and I am now faced with the prospect of covering Amazon fees for shipping almost 2000 units from Spain to Poland, which would cause a significant financial loss.
I kindly ask for any guidance or help in resolving this situation as quickly as possible.

I also had a price error a few weeks back and the listing were not deactivated, all items were shipped causing me a big loss. The agents could not cancel fba orders. I am waiting for a solution from the internal team.

I'm afraid that no one can offer you much help here, it saddens me to see the situation you're going through, but I'm afraid that an FBA order cannot be canceled in any way, it's a transaction that's already been made and I hope I'm wrong, but I'm afraid that you're going to have to assume all the losses, there are several similar cases and they have all ended up assuming the losses.
Here, mistakes are costly.
