Shipment Tracking Id

I have 2 shipments coming in from the same supplier and he has both packages send together and they have 1 tracking id together. But it states I need a unique id which is required. Will that affect the shipment at all? And does that mean that shipping isn't set up completely on seller central?

Amazon expects that each shipment ships separately. If you're lucky, Amazon will receive all your items and tell you that there were unexpected units, but still put them in your inventory.

Or, the shipment will be received and Amazon will not acknowledge the items in the box that are not part of the shipment.

Time will tell.

You could pre-emptively create a case with Amazon and tell them that two shipments were shipped together. You'll probably get a canned response like 'we can't do anything until it's here and we've checked it in.'
