Although I can log in I get the message " You do not have access to the global snapshot card – you may need to check your permissions for visibility. It did say "You do not have access to key metrics. You may need to check your permissions for visibility.”However Amazon is still selling my FBA products and owes me about £1,700 which Amazon have not paid since 17th Dec 2024

Because I cannot create a case I have tried many times to contact by Royal mail to Amazon in London and Amazon in Seattle. Amongst the most important of which is and Affidavit signed and witnessed by a Notary public., who is regulated by the Church of England's Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. This was sent to by Royal Mail to Amazon London Office.

I had to go through a ceremony and swear on the Holy Bible that what was in the Affidavit was true. and a Gold stamp was put onto my Affidavit This cost £90.00. But even this was ignored. I got absolutely zero response from Amazon.

What on earth can I do to get some response?

I hope someone can help

I wanted to reach out to you here and let you know that the seller forums are not a direct path to Seller Support as we do not have the same tools or visibility into you account that they do. The community is made up of other sellers like yourself along with some community managers.

I have a couple of suggestions for you here. It sounds like you are not able to access Seller Central at all, is that correct? If that is the case, can you try to reach out to Seller Support by following this link? It should allow you to reach out to support outside of Seller Central.

Additionally, it sounds like the issue you are facing is not for your US location but rather a different location, is that correct? If so, I'd recommend selecting the appropriate country from the drop down in the top right hand corner of this page and creating a discussion in that location's forum.
