Amazon Triman France
Dear Sellers,
I can't be the only seller with this problem. Almost all my competitors do not have the OBLIGATED Triman Logo on their packaging and are thus violating the law and cannot sell in the French marketplace.
However all our reports about this are refused by Amazon, even if we can clearly prove its a violation.
We now reached out to 3rd party legal assistance but it should not be so complicated.
Anyone else had any successie with this?

These are the most relevant ones. All of their products are without obligated Triman Logo. And cannot be sold in France until the label complies.

I've reviewed your cases. Can I ask if you have purchased the product and therefore whether you know for sure that the logo does not appear anywhere on the product or its packaging?
Indeed, from a legal standpoint, it does not seem to be required that the logo appears on the product listing itself.
