I have just receive email:
It has come to our attention that there is a problem with your VAT registration number. The HMRC has concluded that your VAT registration number *******5750 is invalid and as a result, your VAT registration number has been declined. Please review your VAT number details in your Manage VAT Registrations page for any errors and re-submit.
If you have any further questions, please contact your local Tax authority for additional information regarding the invalid status of your VAT registration number.

It looks like this email is for my buyer account. 2 months ago, I transferred my Amazon account to LTD. I have just checked, I have new VAT Number verified in Manage Your Business/ VAT number. So looks all OK.
Is there any other place I should change my VAT number?

Did you reach out to Seller Support, just to ensure that your VAT information is correct?
Sellers, what was your experience while changing your Amazon account to LTD? Did you get similar emails?
