Hello Amazon Community Team,

Regarding the feedback left on one of our orders, we believe that the feedback is not relevant to our performance as a seller and should be reconsidered for removal.

Here is the feedback left by the buyer:

“i am not happy with anything i cant contact them , they send me part of table on time top of table keep changing delivery date and i need it now nor week after . I should knew better that because it has only one review . i would not recommended to anyone .”

Firstly, we informed the customer regarding the separate delivery of the order prior to the delivery date and did not receive any response.

Secondly, we received feedback from the carrier before the delivery date that they could not contact the customer for delivery and emailed the customer regarding this feedback.

Thirdly, the customer feedback did not received only the panel, we followed up and replied to the customer's question in a timely manner, it was not that he could not reach us as the customer claimed or that the delivery date had been changed.

We submitted a removal request through the Feedback Manager, but were told that the feedback did not violate the guidelines. The case is now closed and we are unable to reopen it.

We are requesting additional review and reconsideration.

What we are most looking forward to is help to get in touch with the relevant internal team in advance who can contact us directly in a new case so that we can provide further explanation and appropriate evidence on this issue.

The review unfairly impacted our seller performance metrics.

The Feedback Removal Guidelines suggest that feedback that is not related to seller performance may be considered for removal.

We've seen other sellers get help from Amazon Community Managers in similar situations, and we hope to get the same support here.
