Revocation of eligibility for Premium Shipping.
We use Amazon Shipping for premium shipping orders.
One order has been delivered late by Amazon Shipping due to 2 failed delivery attempts.
As we have not shipped many premium shipping orders recently, we know from past experience, this 1 order will revoke our eligibility. Is there a team we can connect with to have this defect removed?
We have noticed that maintaining Premium Shipping Options (PSO), increases your chances of owning the buy box for a longer period - has anyone else come across this?

Yes we have had this before - We solved it by using Amazon to Buy Shipping labels - more expensive but it means that any late deliveries are exempt from affecting the eligibility for premium shipping ......

You should of got a email giving you a right of appeal (POA)
i believe its op-pso-vtr-appeals@amazon.co.uk
u need to take ownership of the issue even though you sent them on time and in good faith .
for some reason attempted deliveries are never counted so its a automatic fail which i feel Amazon needs to alter.
