Account Blocked

Hi,

I have no clarity abotu why my account is blocked. I need to re-instate it. Its claiming there is a conflict with another account, which cant possible be the case as I dont have another account. Help!

It doesn't have to be an account that you opened.

Do any of your family members, or anyone in your household have an account? Now or EVER (even one not used for 15 years)?

Have you ever used a VA or is there anyone besides yourself with access to your account?

Thank you for utilizing the seller's forum to obtain help with account deactivation due to multiple accounts violation.

When a seller receives a multiple selling accounts violation, it indicates that they have another selling account or have accessed another account that is deactivated. In some cases, sellers can have multiple accounts and access other accounts, but if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, can also be deactivated.

To verify if your account is connected to another account. Please investigate the following:

1. Did you or your company register another account?

2. Has anyone else assisted you with your account?

3. Have you used any services to help with your account?

4. Have you shared account information with anyone?

When you find the account's owner, please address the violation(s) in that account. Once that account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account.
