Missing Inbound Shipment from May 2023- no response from Amazon
We have an old case from May 2023 about missing items in our Inbound shipment.
We have provided Amazon the necessary documents such as original invoices and proof of delivery but Amazon stopped responding to us after a few months of email exchanges. We created new cases and but Amazon did not provide any resolution and ignored our follow-up emails..
We have several missing items from this shipment and we've working almost a year to resolve this with Amazon.
Is there other ways to resolve this case faster?

This is a big reason why we stopped sending stuff FBA. Amazon doesn't care about sellers anymore. They have effectively turned into a used car lot, when dealing with FBA stuff.
