VAT Refund from Amazon
I’ve been waiting for Amazon to credit me the VAT on my sales for over 3 months now as i’m not VAT registered. They now stopped responding to any messages and online chat say that they can never help.
Has anybody else experienced this and how long do they normally take.

I assume you mean the VAT on their fees and that you’ve applied for and been accepted as VAT exempt?

And have you sent a completed tax return (they usually request that for sole traders as proof of business)

I’m waiting for my refund at the moment as well, they just send me an email once a fortnight apologising for the delay. I would chase it up but I doubt it would do anything.
