Delivery Date Not Accurate

Hope you are well and staying safe.
Our shipping templates for US clearly show 2-3 days delivery for every region. This is the lowest level of delivery time we can physically show. Our handling time is also showing as 0 day.
However, on the listing it does NOT reflect, it shows like a 7+ working day delivery time frame.
However, when a customer places an order, the order comes into seller central with a delivery time of 2-3 days which we have to abide by.
Issue is, our competitors are getting accurate delivery times coming through of 2-3 days on their listings and as a result of that, we are really losing out sales drastically. Our sales have dropped by 60% since this issue arose.
Raised it with seller support, but unfortunately they were no help.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have delt with Amazon padding the delivery window customers see on our listings before. Like you, It drastically reduced sales. It lasted a week or 2 then it went back to normal.
