I need help No call button

I asked for help so many times it got my account deactivated. Awesome support..... After I get my account back still no help. So much for 24/7 help...... However, they don't have an issue taking my 39.99 fee for not selling one item. I don't have the call button at all on the help section and under account health when I hit call now its always an error.

Now they made it clear you are calling too much and you keep calling? They expect you to know how things work by learning it, not by asking support about everything. That's what Amazon seller university is for, and the forum as well.

When I say I asked for help I did it through E-mail support. They only copy and paste where the button is located, and I don't have it. I sent in photos, and I get people that still don't understand.

Is this where you're referring to when you say there is no access to the call button?

Many others have also reported receiving an error with the call me now button under Account Health. I'm not sure that issue has been addressed by Amazon and we've had no reason to use that button so don't know if ours is working or not.

Is there something you need help with besides the no call button issue? I'm just wondering the reason you're trying to contact SS in the first place. Perhaps someone in the forum can offer some help if you have another issue.

Someone called me from support, and it turns out my account is missing features that a normal plus account has. They are looking into it.

Now they made it clear you are calling too much and you keep calling? They expect you to know how things work by learning it, not by asking support about everything. That's what Amazon seller university is for, and the forum as well.
