So we have been approved for the Unregistered Brand Name "FLORA CARE" under Health & Household Category.

However when we tried to list new products under the same Unregistered Brand Name and Category we received an error 5665. Urging us to apply to sell. So we apply and get Declined because of Suspected Intellectual Property Infringement.

We get confused because we were previously approved for this name. So we call support, and they tell us that the Brand Name "FLORA CARE" belongs to us in the Health & Household Category.

Also they tell us that Brand Name "FLORA CARE" is available in All Categories and doesn't belong to anyone. Then they forward our case to Brand Registry.

They try to determine why does Seller Central give us an error when we try to add a new product with the Unregistered Brand Name we've been approved for.

They tell us to reload browser, clear cookies and so on which doesn't work. Then they give up on us and tell us to talk to the people who Denied our "Apply to Sell" application. I wish I was joking. They legit sent us this EXACT message 5 times.

Those people just tell us that there's a Suspected Property Infringement and we can't use that brand name.

We have checked on Amazon - there's no product under Brand Name "FLORA CARE" neither is there a pending or existing trademark in the database.

Honestly at this point I'm just complaining. I've given up trying to get help from Amazon - none of them are on the same page, all say different things or reply like robots. And most times don't even bother to read the case...

And they just say that they "suspect" or that "your product might be" in violation of the intellectual property, not that it is. They just completely shut down small business and create a despicable environment to work in.
