Compact by design for concentrates
Can anyone help? I am completely confused as what needs to be filled in in order to be certified as compact by design.
I have a an eco-friendly floor cleaner that is in a 100ml bottle of concentrate. You add 3ml of the concentrate to 250ml of water (each bottle makes 8.4Litres of floor cleaner in total) .
Based on the formulas that Amazon show you on the compact by design info page, my product qualifies, but how do you actually get the certification? What do i need to fill in?
Can anyone shed any light? I have tried support, but they just keep sending me the Compact by design link and calculation.
Thanks

Hi there @Seller_8v5rbFpoYLbmh,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding Qualifying for Compact by Design. The attribute you are needing to update should be " equivalent product volume attribute" and if the product meets the efficiency calculation it should generally automatically be eligible. If you are still having issues please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and I will investigate to see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
