Issue with Amazon UK Europe Registration
Hello,
We currently sell on Amazon North America (US, Canada, Mexico) and began the process of registering for an Amazon UK seller account a while back. However, I had to cancel the registration midway and forgot about it.
Now, when I check my Seller Central dashboard, I can see “Europe” listed under Linked Accounts. However, when I click it, I’m redirected to a page that only shows my North American marketplaces, with no UK or EU options available.

When I try to resume the UK registration, I receive the following error message:
“We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address.”

I have already opened a case with Seller Support in the US (ID:17706072881) , but I can’t seem to reach Seller Support in the UK, making it difficult to resolve this issue.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
