Someone help us, it is basically "impossible" to win an A to Z guarantee, from the moment the customer creates it we already know that we will be left without the money and the article, not to mention that it also hits the metrics..... This is unacceptable, AMAZON is only giving these fraudulent people legs to stand on, we present all the evidence: tracking number, proof of delivery, weighing and still no use.... This makes it impossible for us... Can anyone help us solve this kind of problem? Anyone can take advantage of this vulnerability and profit from it.... :((((

Are you providing proof of delivery with signature in the claim appeal? In case yes, did you check if the name matches with buyer's name?
You can share the order ID here in case!
