We found that our store was lost the buy box, and we have confirmed our account status is healthy. This is seriously affecting our sales program and causing a lot of loss.

I have reviewed your listings.

Your seller account has very poor reviews along with just one of your items.

I anticipate this is the reason if your store metrics are fine. If your reviews are poor, Amazon tends to remove the buy box until your reviews are good again.
