MY PAYONEER PAYMENT METHOD IS NOT ACCEPTED
Although my Payoneer account, which I connected to my Amazon store, was verified by Amazon in the first place, it was not verified later. When I asked Payoneer about this situation, they kept saying that the problem was related to Amazon, and when I asked Amazon, they kept saying that the situation was related to Payoneer. I couldn't find any solution.

Payoneer is not a credit card. Payoneer is a money broker not regulated by any international regulations. Anybody can get a Payoneer card.
To get a credit card you have to undergo a credit worthiness background check before having one issued in your name.

Was Payoneer connected as your bank account or as your credit card account?
Amazon may be willing to take payments from pretty much any source, to have a Seller account you will need to demonstrate credit and the way Amazon has you do that is by linking a valid credit card to your account. Amazon will check the card to see that you actually have credit so if the institution doesn't provide the right codes back to amazon when they bill the payment method then your credit card will become unverified again.
