Removing Reviews
Does anyone know how long it typically takes Amazon to remove reviews? We got a 1 star review but it was based on poor packaging and damage in transit. I believe this clearly violates Amazon's review policy so we reported it. It also mentions they couldn't return it, but all of our products are eligible for return/refund.
Any insight on how long it takes to get removed would be appreciated.

Reviews never get removed.
(unless you have inside juice)
Feedback on the other hand--
Feedback requests are normally immediately rejected-- but for those few times they do actually look at your request, they are rejected, or feedback removed, within what.....? 1-6 hours or so....
.. all depends upon the lunchbreak.

Assuming you mean product review, rather than seller feedback, then it will not be removed (as explained above by PerniciousWallaby)
When Amazon does remove product reviews it will be for reasons of their own, not for anything a seller has demanded/requested.
Amazon's only response will be to tell you to send a message to that community address (an unread mailbox -- strictly a placebo)

By 'poor packaging' do you mean FBA shipping?
