Buyer ordered FOUR of the SAME item within 1 minute of each other
I received an order from a buyer who ordered the same item 4 times, all 1 minute of each other.
I tried to make contact with buyer but no response. Also the buyer bought a few more items from me a few days later. All items are going to a Global Shipping-Freight forwarding service. I called Amazon and they said it was ok to ship. I have a bad feeling and want to cancel, but I don't want to receive bad cancelation metrics? I'm required to ship buy today. Any advice ?

If you cancel multiple orders your account may be suspended. At the very least sales will stop for weeks. Ship them. Most of the time it works out.
Make sure you use an Amazon protected shipping service.
