Report of trademark infringement
I had an email through from Amazon stating that they received a report of trademark infringement on the product detail page.
I then received another email stating they have removed some of my listings because they received a report from a rights owner that they may infringe the rights owner’s intellectual property rights.
However, my listing is now back as active just with the brand name changed (i did not do this as i did not know how)
Can someone explain what has happened please?

Potentially , you and other sellers have received complaints, and another seller has proven it was incorrectly branded ?!
Did amazon themselves list on the asin ?
When you listed originally, did you take the EAN from the product and search for it using catalogue - add products ? And not just match the images ?

As an example was it a listing for say Heinz beans but was previously showing as Demel beans and has now been changed to show the correct brand?
Or is it a random brand that isn’t connected to the item?

@Deals_things, the sellers here are posing excellent questions. Love the beans example.
