We are new to FBA. Will my Amazon partnered carrier contact my distributor to arrange pickup? Or if not, how do i get in contact with my Amazon Partnered carrier to arrange pickup.

There is a lot more to the question than presented.

Are you shipping from in the USA to in the USA?

Are you shipping from a foreign country to the USA?

In addition, you want to make sure that you personally check the inventory (quality and quantity) before it arrives at an FBA center. That will save you a lot of headaches once it arrives.

Also, have you test sold the product for a month using FBM prior to shipping to FBA. That way you know the salability of the product, and will know if there is enough profit in the product to support all the fees Amazon is going to assess, and still have your desired profit left over. Amazon loves products that are slow sellers in FBA because Amazon will extract all of the products profit leaving you with none.

Hey there @Seller_7r8uW5iU5HRgF- and welcome to the forums!

@Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWXis correct here in that this process can alter depending on the shipping plan in place. You will be required to share your contact information when creating a shipment in case any communication is needed. You can read more on this help page on the Amazon Partnered Carrier program, and I'd recommend reviewing this program guide as well!

Best,

Danny
