For your question, you don't enroll the parent, you enroll the children. The parent doesn't exist as an actual product. It is a placeholder. Please refer to this help page.

If you go to that page, you will see the following information which relates to listing variations.

If you are enrolling a product set: Click Add variations and select the variations that you wish to enroll in the program and click Add variations to confirm. We recommend that you chose All product variations in stock, this gives the most flexibility to Vine Voices to select their favorite variation, optimizing your chances to get insightful reviews. Alternatively, you can select another option if you prefer to specify the variations Vine Voices be able to request.
