Brand Registry Appeal Rejected!

Can someone help? Why were we rejected for the appeal? I included all the necessary documentation, such as the Business Tax ID and EIN. The USPTO website shows our trademark as active and Pending. All information was accurate! Case # 17834134991 (New Seller, no product listings, 1st time enrolling, healthy account) I received the rejection immediately after filling, then I tried to appeal within 72 hrs it was rejected again.

After taking a look into your application, I believe I've found something that needs to be addressed. I can see that the trademark itself has two individuals as the owner(s) and it appears that you selected the option in the application stating a business owns the trademark.
I recommend stating to the team on the appeal case that you selected the wrong option as an individual owns the trademark. Once you do that, let me know and I can escalate directly to the team if needed!
