Account Set to Inactive due to Dormancy
I received an e-mail from Amazon on Thursday stating that my account has temporarily been placed in inactive status. I was asked to login to Seller Central only. Then, when I tried to list an item, I was asked to change my card details. I did all. Does anyone know when will my account be active again? I can not list any product.

Connor from Amazon here, I see that your payment method is active, however you still need to verify your identity via your global dashboard.
You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.
- Information about your business, if applicable
- 1 government issued photo ID
- 1 bank account statement or credit card statement
- Business license, if applicable.
