Suppliers Supplier Invoice
Hello,
Why is having the distributors name and contact information on the brands website not enough proof that they are an authorized distributor?
We don't understand the request for our suppliers supplier invoice in this circumstance.
We have everything needed to get through this situation including authorization, invoices matching quantity, supply chain proof, payment proof, and more.
Our distributors contact information can be seen directly on the brands authorized reseller list on their site, but our appeals are being constantly declined for not including our suppliers supplier invoice.
Our distributors can be found directly on the brands authorized reseller list on their website & they have not been contacted to verify the invoice for our account reactivation either.
We're requesting clarification regarding this please.

There should be no question whether or not the distributor obtains product directly from the brand as an authorized distributor when they're on the brands website

"Distributor" vs "Reseller" ....This is NOT the same thing.
If this is truly how it's described then I'm with Amazon on this.
Is this from the Brand owner? If not it is not acceptable.
It also matters what is written on the Authorization Letter

To Amazon retail sellers are not acceptable and thus why you are having issues with your invoices.
Amazon expects Wholesale Distributors and in the industry we do not use these terms interchangeably.
Reseller = Retail
Distributor = Wholesale
At least that's what our people expect and what I know Amazon considers the terms to mean.
Then possibly it's just how it's written. It should ..
- Match up with your Legal Identity in Seller Central
- Be signed and dated
- Be on the companies letterhead, not an email or such

Did you figure out how to get ungated? My invoices are 100% legit from very reputable stores but they're still asking for suppliers suppliers invoice. These stores won't give me their suppliers invoice so I'm not sure what to do

We're currently in contact with our Senate, AG, BBB, and other government officials regarding the issue we're facing & we also are communicating with other sellers/businesses who have gone through similar abuse.
