Not your store is inactive but your listings. Look carefully at the screenshot. Do you have any inventory in USA and Mexico?

Not your store is inactive but your listings. Look carefully at the screenshot. Do you have any inventory in USA and Mexico?

As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, do you have any listings in the US? This section typically shows the listing status, as noted above this section, it also references the vacation status which controls the seller fulfilled listing status.

As this message also mentioned it could be related to other issues, have to checked out your US selling account to see if there are other issues causing the status to be inactive? If you are experiencing other issues, please follow up here so we can assist further on resolving them.
