Amazon Hijacker: duodaoquyongrao - Test Order Placed, Selling Partner Support & Brand Registry Not Helpful
Hi Amazon,
I am doing my best here to follow the existing amazon processes and procedures put in place to protect sellers but they are failing me.
I keep getting told to reporting abuse and or to report a violation (I'm currently brand registered, however my trademark is pending).
When I report abuse, and I select someone is infringing on my trademark, it takes me to the report a violation page through Brand Registry who advise they aren't able to enforce a pending trademark.
When I try to report abuse, I get advised that there is no violation committed, or to report a violation against my trademark.
Currently pulling my hair out here.
I have even gone as far as to go through the clunky process to place a test order, Order ID111-4537979-6201008. The products received were generic, Unbranded and missing our instruction manuals and evidently counterfeit however I still get the run around and in the same cycle as above.
Case ID: 15113554261
Complaint ID: 15114361141
What in the world do I do here if the processes designed to protect us are flawed?
Someone please help.

Hey @Seller_oRyhmUHUoXCAU - I saw your other post about experience with hijackers. We have been selling for a few years and I am noticing that very recently there seems to be a sharp uptick in this "Just Launched" hijackers that undercut the price and are shipping 30 days out from China. We have noticed this ourselves and also from the forums, that many people are going through this right now.
It is absolutely ridiculous that nothing can be done to prevent these folks from selling privately labeled/branded goods under your ASIN. The "report infringement" tools are a joke and nearly always get an automatic rejection response 1-2 days after filing a claim. These hijackers make Amazon no money and end up hurting reviews of products that are selling well, I have no idea why they tolerate this BS. I can't imagine this is a good look for Amazon as a whole, as more and more people will start associating the site with counterfeit/knockoff goods. I'm not sure why I have to place a test order to prove that I have not authorized anyone to use/sell/manufacture my products, nor my logo/IP. Totally backwards that they are protecting these bottom feeders that are legit scamming customers.
Selling on Amazon truly gets worse by the day. I have heard of so many people who have sold on the platform for years longer than us who eventually decided to close up shop on the platform due to these lawless practices.

Since your Trademark isn't fully registered yet. Your only resort may be to report the seller as selling something different from what the listing shows.

We have the same issue. Now two different 'sellers' have hooked up to our listing of a greeting card, with a lower price. When an order is placed with them, they send a phony black/white copy. We get the return and the poor reviews on it. I also placed an order with them and sure enough, counterfeit. And, we are getting the return/refund costs on top of it! I have tried to send cases/violations/etc. and no help. at all.

We are experiencing the same on our listing.
In the past two weeks, we have had at least 7 different hijackers. Same as yours, our brand registry is still pending and have sent multiple reports but only to get denied - because there was 'no violation' committed. The most painful thing is, someone used our own trademark as their storefront name against us. We were able to report that seller but it took a week, so you can just imagine how bad it was.
We're losing so much sales and we're expecting negative reviews on our listing once buyers 'receive' their items in about two weeks.
As mentioned by others, we've been selling as well in the past years and this only happened to us in the past weeks. All these hijackers are 'Just Launched' or new sellers based in China. Amazon should at least have picked this up in their algorithms if they have one.
We're wondering what others have done to protect themselves with these scammers while waiting for their brand registry.
Posting here as well to get updates.
