Hello, Amazon has deactivated my account and is asking for a business license to reactivate it. Does it need to match the bill business address or primary contact address? My business is in the UK and I live in a different country. How can I solve this problem?

To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:

The utility bill should be for your residential address.
