Hello,
I have two questions about Transparency.
1) I sell on Amazon as an individual. I don't have a company. Can I enroll in Transparency?
2) I understand that I should apply a Transparency code to each item I ship to Amazon FBA, but what about my inventory without codes already stored in Amazon FBA warehouses, and what about returns without codes from customers to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Great question here!
First off, you do not need to have a company for Transparency. The most important requirement is to have a valid trademark and be registered in Brand Registry.
As for your question regarding current inventory, there is a sell through period after enrollment for the inventory that does not have these codes enabled.
I recommend contacting the Transparency team directly for any further inquiries and to get the process started if you're interested!
