It's important to remember that there is no deadline for Vine Voices to write a review as we want to ensure they are utilizing the products and forming an accurate and authentic review of the product. However, we do regularly monitor the activity of Vine Voices and they may be removed from the program if it is found that they are not meeting participation requirements. And if VINE plan stopped with 2 products have been claimed, will Amazon still charge $200?

The fee will be charged once the first review is published, regardless of if the ASIN in cancelled from enrollment. If a previously enrolled ASIN has any units claimed that result in a review, then the rate will be charged. You can read more about fees and the rate card on this help page.
