Listing Product and GTIN Exemption
I have a GTIN Exemption. I entered one product successfully. To add another product, it keeps asking me to get a GTIN Exemption approval. I have been working on this for 3 days now. Viewed numerous videos and still I have been unsuccessful. I go to add product, enter the product name, enter the brand, then his continue. I get an error message saying I need to apply for a GTIN exemption. It goes to a page showing I have an exemption and asks me to add a product and the scenario starts all over again. What am I doing wrong?

Correct. Product one received the exemption. However, you are entering a different product from product one. You need to get an exemption for the second product. One Exemption -- One Product.
The GTIN is not like registering your brand, where you get approval for using the Brand name on all the products sold.
After a wihile sellers sort of learn that actually buying GS1 UPC's is the better way to go.

Hello @Seller_6UCtjLH8o0tpy,
Michelle at Amazon here. I understand you have questions regarding your GTIN exemption. Did you get more than one exemption as you will need one for each product that you list as stated by SELLC. If you have not done so already, please create a case to Seller Support. If you have a case and would like me to look at it, please provide the case ID and I would be happy to look at it for you.
Regards,
Michelle
