Need Help with Lost Products in FBA Warehouse
Hi Everyone,
Shipment ID is FBA18LWFKM0L
We shipped 18 units in 3 boxes (6 units per box), 2 boxes were fine and 1 box shows discrepancy (5 units lost,, over $500 ),
We have contacted amazon, provide all the information they asked including invoice from manufacturer, but we get the same response says they did investigation and no extra item found every time.
We want to know how can we claim lost products in MQJ2 FBA warehouse.
