Brand Christophe Robin contacts? Account Deactivated, Rights brand owner not responding

I am a new seller who has been deactivated due to Parallel Import complaint by the brand Christophe Robin. The products I was reselling were "Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub, 75mL" and "Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumising Paste, 75mL".

I have contacted the Christophe Robin rights brand owner multiple times for them to send me a retraction letter or a letter of authorisation or simply retract the complaint as we will not sell these items again. However, no emails nor calls were answered. The number we found on google does not work. We have also created a case with Amazon that the rights owner is not responding and if Amazon could ask them on our behalf but no answer from Amazon.

Would anyone possibly know the contact details to Christophe Robin or any other information that could aid us to get a hold of them or give us some other solution to this problem.

I am truly devastated and this is my only source of income. If there is anybody who could help or give any advice, it would be truly appreciated.

I'm afraid that Amazon will not do anything like this on your behalf - you need to have all the permissions in place before you start selling. I'm afraid I cannot advise as I do not sell branded goods.

they’re a division of thehut.com Ltd who are massive so like any large corporation, getting a response is difficult, especially as there is zero benefit to themselves to resolve your problem.

All I can suggest is look up thehut.com Ltd legal department and go for me there.

I think you might need to contact The Hut Group, aka THG, as they are the owner of this brand by acquisition. As far as I know they're based somewhere near Manchester. I'm pretty sure they will have a retained IP law firm, and they may be able to hook you up and help you out, if you explain your situation - I'd just say you have made an innocent but naive mistake, and this shouldn't result in the loss of your livelyhood. Even with their help, as Amazon is virtually devoid of human contacts, this won't be easy to rectify, but if I were you I'd get onto it straight away. I wish you lots of luck and hope you get your account back soon.

Did you buy them from a recognised wholesaler or from retail?
